Can you represent me in court or tribunals?

No. Stanton Black does not provide court or tribunal representation, advocacy, or conduct of litigation. Our services are limited to non-reserved legal advice and support. However, we can assess the claim or defence merits and guide you accordingly.

Do you offer immigration and asylum services?

We provide immigration and asylum support on a non-representational basis only. This includes document review, procedural guidance, preparation support, and risk assessment.

We are not regulated by the OISC or SRA and do not submit applications or represent clients before the Home Office or tribunals.

Can you help landlords and tenants?

Yes. We offer landlord and tenant legal support, including tenancy agreement review, advisory support on rights and obligations, compliance guidance, and early dispute assessment for both residential and commercial property matters.

Do you help with employment and HR matters?

Yes. We provide employment and HR support for employers, including employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary and grievance guidance, and employment risk management.

We support employers with decision-making and documentation but do not represent clients in employment tribunals.

Can you draft and review contracts?

Yes. We assist with contract drafting and review, including commercial agreements, employment contracts, tenancy agreements, consultancy agreements, and business documentation.
